Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop high-quality applications using Oracle PLSQL. - Configure and customize applications to meet business needs. - Lead the development team and provide technical guidance. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of PLSQL code. - Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports. - Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
