Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are aligned with the needs of the organization and contribute to its overall success. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure the applications are designed, built, and configured to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Design and develop high-quality applications using SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the applications are error-free. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to application development. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. - Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems. - Document application design, development, and maintenance processes. - Participate in project planning and estimation activities. - Support the deployment and maintenance of applications in production environments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Experience with SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming concepts and techniques. - Knowledge of SAP HANA database and its integration with ABAP. - Experience in developing and optimizing ABAP code for performance. - Familiarity with SAP development tools and methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori development. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA. - Knowledge of SAP UI5 and SAP Gateway. - Experience in developing and consuming OData services. - Understanding of SAP integration technologies and protocols. - Knowledge of SAP authorization concepts and security principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Jaipur office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
