Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop ABAP programs to meet client requirements. - Debug and troubleshoot issues in ABAP programs. - Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP components. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of ABAP development processes and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development, Application Troubleshooting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Development Lifecycle Tools, Design Innovation. - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP Development principles and best practices. - Experience in developing and maintaining ABAP programs. - Intermediate proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues in ABAP programs. - Knowledge of ERP systems and integration with ABAP programs. - Familiarity with Development Lifecycle Tools for efficient software development. - Creativity and innovation in designing ERP solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development. - This position is based in Pune. - A BE or equivalent degree is required.BE or equivalent
