Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing solutions to enhance business operations and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with team members to analyze requirements and develop software solutions. - Design and implement software applications based on business needs. - Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance. - Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of linguistic nuances and cultural context in Japanese language. - Ability to translate technical documents from Japanese to English and vice versa. - Excellent communication skills in Japanese for effective collaboration with stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Japanese Language. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
