The Application Management Solution Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing application support strategies and solutions for customer IT applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production support methodologies, On-prem/Cloud infrastructure, and application management best practices. They will be able to work effectively with customers to understand their specific requirements and challenges, and design tailored solutions that meet their needs. Should have 10+ years of experience in designing such solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement application management strategies and solutions for customer IT applications by working closely with customers to understand their specific requirements and challenges.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders - customer, internal and third party teams while designing the solution.
• Ensure that the designed solutions are effective, efficient, and aligned with the organization's overall IT strategy. Consider factors such as reliability, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness when designing solutions.
• Responsible for proposal responses covering solution architecture & relevant differentiators required to win the proposals.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in application management practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of services
• Experience in working on Innovation Track like IPs, Accelerators, Solution Ideation
• Enhance Case Studies, Domain wise capability decks, service catalogs, brochures, corporate website and other marketing initiatives.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
