Summary: As an agile data engineer & software developer, need to work together with business users and members of the development team to provide quality systems that improve productivity, decrease operational risk, enable the business to expand and make users smile. These are high profile applications that offer you the opportunity to craft the future technical direction and take ownership for functional components Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure using Python and Java. - Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and testing frameworks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design data solutions that meet those requirements. - Optimize data pipelines and infrastructure for performance and scalability, utilizing Kubernetes for container orchestration. Professional & Technical Skills: - Experience of 8-12 years working in Big data, Java/Python/Spark for implementing projects with high SLA of data availability and data quality, exposure to Cloud technologies (Azure preferred) is a major plus. - 4+ years of strong delivery experience in Impala, Hive, Hadoop, Pyspark. - Experience using DevOps toolsets like GitLab, Jenkins, TDD/BDD tools like PyTest , Cucumber. - Hands-on experience working with build tools like Maven/Gradle. Experience of working on Kubernetes / OpenShift, Containerization (Docker, Podman or Similar), Cloud Native technologies and frameworks (e.g. Spring Boot). - Experience working in any cloud platform and preferably in Azure development including Databricks , AzureServices , ADLS would be a major plus. - A real passion for and experience of Agile working practices, with a strong desire to work with baked in quality subject areas such as TDD, BDD, test automation and DevOps principles - Be a part of a Software Engineering Chapter, working on deliverable for F1 big data platform & Unifi Gateway application using Java, Python, Spark, Impala, Hive, Hadoop, etc. - looking for a hands-on programmer with big data and Java/Python/Spark skills, who can help us build & maintain ambitious software / application . - Partner and collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers and Testers to deliver working and robust solutions in a dynamic environment. - Analyze business requirements, design implementable technical solutions that leverage process and development best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Engineering. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - A strong team player who takes and drives initiative - Organized, well-structured and with drive to deliver high quality software solutions / components - Proactive, comfortable working in dynamic environments with fast-paced deliveries and changing requirements - This position is based at our Pune office. - Should be ready to work from Client office 3 days a week - A Graduate degree is required.Graduate
