Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the applications align with business needs and enhance user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the design and development of applications - Conduct regular team meetings to ensure project progress - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR) - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Servicenow Tools Administration - Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows - Experience in designing and implementing HR solutions using ServiceNow - Knowledge of IT service management principles - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR) - This position is based at our Noida office - An Engineering degree with ServiceNow Certification is requiredEngineering with ServiceNow Certification
