Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead the design and development of applications
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure project progress
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR)
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Servicenow Tools Administration
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows
- Experience in designing and implementing HR solutions using ServiceNow
- Knowledge of IT service management principles
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR)
- This position is based at our Noida office
