Summary: As an Application Architect, you will be responsible for providing functional and technical expertise to plan, analyze, define and support the delivery of future functional and technical capabilities for an application or group of applications. Your typical day will involve facilitating impact assessment efforts, producing and reviewing estimates for client work requests, and providing guidance to the team on Manufacturing Engineering MES. Roles & Responsibilities: - Create business process flow diagram for pharmaceutical product recipes based on the paper batch record or source documents - Logically breakdown the Manufacturing process to configure the Recipes in Siemens Ops Center -Develop/create Recipe design elements in Siemens Ops Center for repetitive use in Recipe creation to expedite the process. - Gather master data and configure in Siemens Ops Center Development/Quality/Production Environment. - Lead the design and development of application architecture solutions that meet business requirements and align with the overall technology strategy. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team on Manufacturing Engineering MES. - Integrating Siemens Ops Center with SAP and other automation systems using standard interface component of Recipe design - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize application architecture initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals. - Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in application architecture and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. - Provide assistance in business SOP creation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES - Siemens Ops Center product hands-on experience for Full application configurations including interface with SAP and automation systems - Recipe creation in Siemens Ops Center - Knowledge on Industry Standards S88 and ISA S95 - Good To Have Skills: Experience in application architecture design and development, knowledge of cloud-based solutions, and experience with Agile methodologies. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and application architecture principles. - Experience in leading and mentoring teams,and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in application architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.BTech
