Your Role and Responsibilities As an Software Engineer, you would be responsible for deploying IBM Middleware suite of products with flair knowledge on Scripting.
Be a trusted Advisor of the Customer on Integration space.
Work for smooth delivery of assigned projects
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic development environment
Be a hands-on person and deliver.
Will be involved in product installation/ configurations, troubleshooting (performance, 3rd party integrations, security)
Based on customer requirements, deliver the deployment.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Must have minimum 2 – 6 year’s experience Configure cloud infrastructure &
management solutions, OCP along with the Java Runtimes
OCP, Java Runtime Hands-on experience
Java/J2EE exposure
Experience with Liberty / Quarkus
Good experience with Linux Administration
Work with the DevOps team to provide cloud support and deployment for existing/new projects
Provide troubleshooting support for clients
Perform administrative processes for all cloud systems, including installation, backup, security, array management and software patching
Familiarization with AWS/Azure/GCP. knowledge of CP4I/CP4A
Experience working with hosted applications or large-scale application deployments
Good understanding of Linux tools
Solid development-level experience with multiple programming languages and experience writing patches or pull requests
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Knowledge of Linux, OCP, scripting language – shell/python etc.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) to automate tasks and
implement monitoring solutions.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Red Hat Middleware, Python (web
frameworks)
Strong communication, written, and presentation skills
