What you’ll do:

• Develops supply chain solutions for customers, by applying in-depth supply chain solutions (SSB and SMS) and industry knowledge.
• Manages the solution setup and configuration of supply chain solutions systems e.g. Konnect, Salesforce and SAP
• Ability to diagnose, identify and correct solution setup or operational issues maximizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Drives and supports the Spares Management Service revenue and Supply Chain efficiency targets.
• Contributes to business requirement documents that detail the solution, customer needs and expectations. 
• Manages customer, client, and supplier relationships.
• Support the APJ countries’ for the pre-deployment & deployment of the Smart Spares Box solutions
• Assist APJ countries for any support issues with SMS solution provider
• Interprets data received from more junior individual contributors and develops recommendations that optimize performance.
• Leads cross-functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance.
• Owns strategic supply chain projects from planning through to execution and provides findings resulting from project execution.
• Consults with business leaders on a wide range of supply chain issues.

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

• First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
• Typically, 6-10 years of experience in a supply chain function at a regional or global level 
• Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen.
• Experienced in working directly with customers.
• Software development skills an advantage

Knowledge and Skills:

• Working knowledge of Supply Chain Solution systems, tools, and applications e.g. Konnect, SMS Portal, Salesforce, and SAP
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proven ability to present complex ideas in an accessible and engaging way that turns into actionable, measurable plans or initiatives.
• Ability to work in a team and demonstrate “we” instead of “me”, with a strong passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and high-level supply chain modelling tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; mastery in English and local language.
• Excellent team and project management skills, including project structuring.
• Strong business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units, with an understanding of emerging trends.
