However, over the last decade, it has evolved to become the largest Operations hub. The India Operations Centre team at Chennai, Bangalore and Gurugram supports Hitachi Energy’s units in more than 40 countries across a wide portfolio of all the four business units in Hitachi Energy To date, the team has executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries. Mission Statement: Handling / Execution of small size to medium size material / component orders and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with Hitachi Energy policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety and environment requirements, financial targets as well as schedule. Your Roles & Responsibilities: Sales, order processing and delivery of single parts and assembled components from the current product portfolio plant to other PGHV factories or subcontractors internally or externally with the aim to create high customer satisfaction, delivery reliability and target margin. Quoting components according to standard terms and conditions on request - Receive PO, review all PO terms and order acknowledgment to customers - Processing, delivery, and invoicing of customer orders according to internal process - Planning of deadlines and coordination with scheduling and factory for production orders - Maintaining Master data, stock requirement, HS Code, Country of Origin, Export control - Coordinating with Quality team for Suppliers test reports & quality cases. Acknowledge customer complaints and involve the right team members for resolution, contribution and cooperation in the continuous improvement of processes and activities (CIP) - Weekly monitoring of delivery and packaging of assigned customer orders and projects. - Notification of deviations and initiation of measures. Support Project Management team in various phases of the projects for Routine/ Custom tasks or work packages. Your Background: Bachelor / Diploma Engineer. 4+ years of experience in Order management with techno-commercial operations. Should have expertise in ERP/SAP S4 Hana (SD, MM, Workflow), familiarity with FIORI app. Experience in direct interaction with business and other stakeholders to execute the orders. Have integrity and commercial interest as well as enthusiasm, creative ideas, and solutions. Knowledge & Experience in MS Office: Word, Excel. Should have good Verbal and Written Communication.
