Job Description: Angular Developer
Overall Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:Lead a team of Angular developers in delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Mentorship:Mentor and train junior developers, guiding their technical and professional growth.
- Innovation:Stay current on new Angular development technologies and methodologies, sharing best practices with the team.
Software Requirements:
- Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration.
- Knowledge of state management libraries like NgRx.
- Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Angular CLI.
- Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
Category-wise Technical Skills:
Frontend Development:
- Advanced knowledge of Angular and TypeScript.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Experience with RxJS for reactive programming.
Software Development:
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Proficiency in writing and maintaining unit tests and end-to-end tests using frameworks like Jasmine and Protractor.
Project Management:
- Proven 8 years of experience leading development teams and managing project schedules.
- Ability to break down complex business requirements into actionable tasks.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
Experience:
- Leadership:Extensive experience leading a team of developers in delivering large-scale software solutions.
- Development:Strong background in Angular development and related web technologies.
- Methodologies:Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Problem-Solving:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Team Meetings:Lead team meetings and coordinate project schedules and priorities.
- Mentorship:Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical support and guidance.
- Technical Leadership:Act as the technical lead on projects, working closely with the project manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Development Tasks:Develop code, write unit tests, and perform code reviews to ensure the quality of the team's work.
Qualification:
- Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Technical Skills:Strong Angular development skills, with experience leading large-scale projects.
- Communication:Excellent communication and leadership skills.
