Position Summary:
The Senior Analytics and Communication Consultant for NTAM COO, India, will focus on key performance indicators and communications required for the COO practice locally and globally. This leader will display a balanced, cross-functional perspective.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


·Develop and maintain key performance indicators aligned with strategic goals, providing reporting to the board and external regulators.


·Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies and present finding and actionable insights to stakeholders.


·Participate in developing the division’s strategic plan and sets goals and priorities based on the direction set for the unit; follows through to ensure that objectives are met.


·Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings and other key engagements, ensuring follow-up on action items.


·Incubate innovative ideas and provide oversight on key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely execution.


·Display a balanced, cross-functional perspective, consulting with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.


·Partner with COO leadership to evolve, execute, and measure the success of the COO talent strategy to drive partner engagement and build a high-performance culture.


·Participate in staffing plans, including coordinating recruitment, onboarding, learning and development opportunities.


·Execute and monitor employee engagement events.Identify key training and development needs specific to the COO team and drive plans to execute them.


·Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and communication.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Strong consultative, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and influencing skills.


·Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to develop materials and effectively present to and persuade at all levels of the organization.


·Demonstrated project management skills with a proven ability to plan, execute and deliver projects.


·Ability to translate strategies into actionable and quantitative plans, providing metrics and KPIs related to the status of strategic initiatives.


·Expert user of PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Excel, including strategic framing and data analytics.


·Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


·Ability to balance high-level operational execution with strategic direction of business function activities.


·High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


·Strong relationship-building and partnership skills, with experience leading initiatives across multiple groups and stakeholders.


·Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences.


·Strong situational awareness and decision-making capabilities.


EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION


·15+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years of demonstrated track record of leading and managing high-visibility business and technology projects.


·5+ years of work experience in consulting/financial services, with asset management and/or wealth management highly desired.


·Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed organization to drive delivery and change.


·Demonstrated experience leveraging metrics to gauge progress and drive outcomes.
