Position overview –
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Workforce Business Intelligence analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility of the role is to collect, analyze and interpret workforce data to provide intelligent and actionable insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making related to human resource and workforce management

The Analytics Specialist will be responsible for working with internal corporate clients to build and automate reports and dashboards.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Work with internal stakeholders to fully understand their business problem and design solutions to meet their needs
• Design efficient data models and dashboards using Salesforce, Tableau, and other tools
• Write SQL queries to extract data from Microsoft SQL Server database for ad-hoc requests
• Design and automation of reoccurring report deliverables with Tableau or Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Ensure high level of accuracy and quality in all produced work
• Create, improve, manage reporting across multiple clients, tools and data sources
• Identify trends in data and provide insights to internal stakeholders
• Provide necessary data points for Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews
