Analytics Manager needed in a Financial Institution in Bandra East, Mumbai.

Seeking a highly skilled Analytics Manager to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize marketing performance. This role involves analyzing campaign effectiveness, tracking customer behavior, and generating actionable insights to improve ROI, lead generation, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate is a data enthusiast with experience in marketing analytics and a deep understanding of digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and monitor KPIs for marketing campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, social media, website).


Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.


Create detailed dashboards and reports using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.


Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, journey, and conversion metrics to inform marketing strategy.


Identify opportunities to optimize lead generation, reduce acquisition costs, and improve campaign effectiveness.


Collaborate with the SEO Specialist to track and improve organic performance metrics.


Partner with the Marketing Manager to align analytics with campaign goals and business objectives.


Recommend adjustments to campaign targeting, budgets, and creatives based on data insights.


Support A/B testing initiatives for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to improve conversions.


Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio) to track performance metrics.


Implement and manage marketing automation workflows to improve efficiency.


Stay updated on emerging analytics tools and technologies to enhance reporting capabilities.


Work closely with the Content Writers, Social Media Manager, and Performance Marketing Specialist to align data insights with creative and strategic initiatives.


Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.


4–6 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance tracking, or related roles.


Expertise in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, or Power BI).


Familiarity with marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).


Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization techniques.


Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
