Job Title:Analyst – Treasury
Summary:Responsible for the timely and efficient completion of tasks related to supporting the APAC, US, and Europe treasury functions, including daily cash reporting and positioning. Reports to the Treasury Team Lead.
Responsibilities Include:Job Responsibilities and key tasks deliverables:
- Processing Daily and Weekly payments runs through SAP Application
- Daily working on Integrity reconciliations
- Processing EFT’s (Electronic Fund Transfer) based on the request through Integrity.
- Work on additional payments such as Pension, Travel expense and Turkey payment payments as per the request from stakeholders
- Monthly working on Netting files and DTDF files if required.
- Coordinates and directs the proper processing of bank queries and investigations regarding payment and cash transactions.
- Provides source documentation and assistance to accounting staff to ensure proper posting of all cash transactions.
- Manage strategic allocation of global cash and liquidity balances to support working capital and corporate goals.
- Assist with reconciling daily cash position and corresponding activity to prior day projections.
- Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly Treasury reporting.
- Assist in processing all manual wire transfers in accordance with defined policies through electronic banking systems.
- Assist in coordination and processing of payment proposals and customer direct debit proposals through SAP or other electronic banking systems.
- Responsibility to take care intercompany loan settlement.
- Processing all FX trade in Integrity as per FX all processing.
- Supports the company’s internal/external audit SOX compliance initiatives.
- Provides world-class treasury services to all internal and external customers.
- Properly handling emails for APAC, Europe, and US

Qualifications:The following are required for the role
Qualifications
- Bachelor or MBA (Finance & Accounting)
- 5+ years of Global Treasury experience
- Verbal and written English skills.
- Strong analytical background
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels of management & customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with a Global team.
- Competent in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook
The following are preferred for the role.
- SAP experience, Bank porta Like (Bank of America, DBDI)
- Treasury Management System (TMS) experience (FIS/Integrity)
