Major Duties :1. Work on provide Level 1/2 support on Infosec applications.
2. Able to serve as a subject matter resource and mentor to other more junior level employees
3. More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas
4. Delivers a work product that requires less revision
5. Able to help facilitate discussions and reach decisions
6. Prepares project phase reports, including requirements, feasibility, definition, and design. May also provide input to availability reporting.
7. Directs and performs prototyped systems development and solutions.
8. Provides project support and project planning; develops test plans and user acceptance criteria. May also track bullet proofing tasks.
Knowledge: Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
Highly flexible and adaptable to change
Technology and Tools: Linux, Unix, SQL, Dynatrace, ServiceNow, CyberArk, OKTA.
Education: A College or University degree in Engineering, preferably major in IT or CSE.
Experience: Must have a relevant 2-4 years of proven work experience preferably in Application/Production support role.
