You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions using Investment Marketing Content development skills. You have found the right team.


As a Marketing & Engagement Specialist in our Outsourced Chief Investment Office (OCIO) Sales Support team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.


 Job Responsibilities:


  • Plan and execute client engagement events, manage training schedules, conduct prospect research, and maintain pitch books to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Coordinate and manage comprehensive client-focused activities, including events, training, research, and content updates, to support business development and strengthen client connections.
  • Enhance advisor effectiveness by creating newsletters, delivering training programs, supporting new joiners, coordinating central training, tracking participation, and maintaining training content.
  • Maintaining intranets, tracking content lists and expiries, managing the internal content library page, and ensuring data updates.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.


  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree required
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in marketing content creation.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advance PowerPoint skills.
