As a Defined Contribution & Investment Support Specialist in our Outsourced Chief Investment Office (OCIO) Sales Support team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Drive new business for DC Consulting by leveraging data, preparing sales reports, and supporting strategic planning and marketing initiatives.
• Serve as the primary contact for advisors, ensuring compliance, clear communication, and strong relationships while supporting marketing strategies.
• Oversee investment management, conduct performance analysis, and assist advisers in maintaining strong client relationships and support.
• Manage client onboarding, coordinate with different Record-keepers and other stakeholders, and contribute to special investment projects to ensure seamless operations.
• Oversee investment management, including menu construction and fund manager selection.

 Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Bachelor’s/ Master's degree required
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and people skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advance Excel skills.
• Meticulous with a methodical approach to following and updating SOPs.
• Skilled in implementing process automation to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness, and managing initiatives alongside daily responsibilities.
• An initiative-taking approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues, and having the determination to follow through. Escalate issues as appropriate.
