How will you do it?


RTR Reporting


The person is responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual roll-up of ESG Metrics for Board packs, Sustainability Report, regional non-financial reports including annual third-party verification through limited and / or reasonable assurance.
 


  • Responsible for timely and accurate completion of Month End Close activities (Revenue recognition, accruals, provisions, reserves calculation, journal entries preparation / posting) and reporting.
  • Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations as per defined Quality Criteria.
  • Ensure compliance to SOX and other Internal Controls.
  • Support Business and other teams with requested information in a timely manner.
  • Support the organization in strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas and action towards process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure appropriate and timely information / responses are provided to auditors for smooth completion of Audits.

What we look for?


  • Fulltime B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA.
  • Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in Record to Report / Financial Accounting process.
  • Hands-on experience in Month End Closing, HFM / One Stream reporting / ERP.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing deadlines Knowledge of SOX, internal controls
  • Excellent project management skills, analytical skills, proficient in Excel and comfortable analyzing large datasets
  • Excellent communications skills, including significant experience in written and oral reports and presentations to high-level management. Should have ability to listen effectively, evaluate the most critical elements being communicated and communicate with team and Director on an open and timely basis
