In this role, you will oversee the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of data, systems, and workflows to enable the Partner Success team’s collaboration with industry and university partners. You will focus on equipping account management teams with the tools, insights, and training needed to achieve business objectives and foster strong, lasting partner relationships. By managing data and systems effectively, and optimizing workflows, you will ensure a high-quality approach to account management. This role provides an opportunity to enhance Coursera’s partner operations while contributing to the mission of providing access to world-class education for all.Responsibilities:Oversee the management and optimization of systems, processes, and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, Hubspot) to meet the evolving needs of Account Managers.Identify and implement new tools and systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Partner Success team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Collect, organize, and analyze account data to generate actionable insights through dashboards and reports, tracking partner performance, engagement trends, and operational metrics.Monitor and analyze adoption metrics for new platform features, supporting pilot initiatives and feature rollouts while identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.Advocate for data accuracy, consistent reporting methodologies, and best practices across the Partner Success organization to maintain high data quality.Basic Qualifications:3+ years of experience in systems management, data analytics, or related roles, preferably in the edtech or B2B sector.Experience with using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and data reporting solutions (e.g., Looker)Demonstrated history of analytical and data management skills, capable of managing complex data sets, addressing reporting needs, and translating insights into actionable strategies for account management.Demonstrated analytical, strategic, & problem-solving skills and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with partner account management and product adoption metrics.Experience in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance partner/customer outcomes and support system-wide operations.Consulting experience is an asset.If this opportunity interests you, you might like these courses on Coursera:Operations and Process Management, Illinois Tech Influencing: Storytelling, Change Management and Governance Specialization, Macquarie UniversityGenerative AI for Data Analysts Specialization, IBM #LI-MJ1Coursera is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and considers all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected class.
