How You Will Contribute:

Learn:

• SD-WAN and Multi-Cloud secure connections     
• Cloud-based firewalls, IDS & IPS
• Enterprise Core Routing & Switch
• Enterprise Wi-Fi & BLE
• Remote Access

Implement:

• Products – Ciena, VeloCloud, Zscaler, Aruba, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5
• Cloud Platforms: Cloud (IaaS) platforms AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Understanding of cloud networking concepts and services is important.

Automation:

• Experience with network automation tools and Infrastructure as code development and deployment.
• Proficiency with Python and automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Git, Docker, and Kubernetes is beneficial for integrating network automation into broader IT operations.

Operational Support:

• Participate 24x7 scheduled On-call rotation
• Handle trouble ticket escalations from Service Desk, other IT teams or Business Units
• Drive escalations to resolution with technologies vendors
• Own Root Cause Analysis and Long-Term Fix

The Must Haves:

• 3 - 6 years concentrated experience in the area of IT Network Infrastructure
• Experience with network automation tools and Infrastructure as code development and deployment.
• Proficiency with Python and automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform
• B.S. degree computer science, related degree or relevant experience

Asset :

• Any certification in automation, DevOps
• Experience with tools like Git, Docker, and Kubernetes
