The Multi-Asset Solutions team designs and manages multi-asset class portfolios, integrating the breadth and depth of investment talent within J.P. Morgan Asset Management, and drawing on its proprietary quantitative and qualitative research capabilities, strategy and security selection, asset allocation and risk-focused portfolio management expertise. Widely regarded as a pioneer in asset allocation, Multi-Asset Solutions has a 50-year history of helping clients meet their objectives though an appropriate strategic asset allocation framework, active asset allocation and manager alpha.


As an Investment Specialist professional in our Asset Management Multi-Asset Solutions team, you will focus on growing the business through new clients, expanding existing relationships and delivering new product, as well as retaining current assets. You will be part of a team maintains a strong communication framework to provide new and existing clients with detailed and regular insights. You will work with the team on prospective opportunities and supporting existing client relationships. You will initially focus on managing our regular updates to clients through pitchbooks and data-led reports, while learning about our business. Over time you will respond to adhoc queries from our stakeholders, setting up new reporting requirements, trouble-shooting any data and reporting issues.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of Strategy presentations comprising of: Performance & Market value, Analytics and characteristics of the portfolio and details on Holdings in the portfolio
  • Preparation of  customized Client presentations for Investment Specialist’s review meeting
  • Analysis of portfolios including positioning , analytics and performance results
  • Assist with the preparation of client performance reports and investment review materials for new and existing clients and providing commentaries on performance drivers
  • Assist in preparation of any other communication
  • Monitoring guidelines and adherence for internal/external managed portfolios
  • Co-ordinate with Sales, Consultants and Requests for Proposal teams to cater their requirements

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:


  • Atleast 1year of experience in Asset Management and Investment banking support
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and exhibit a meticulous approach to work, ensuring data accuracy. Time management skills & ability to multi-task
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills (including data analysis and ability to understand data flows). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong automation skills.
  • Proactive and positive approach with an ability to grasp/learn concepts and procedures quickly
  • Self-starter and solution-orientated with an ability work independently and as a team player
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones
  • A solid understanding of capital markets, and familiarity with asset management. Keen interest in current market trends and dynamics

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:


  • Understanding of Multi-asset solutions business is a plus
  • Coding experience is a plus
  • CFA/FRM/CAIA candidature would be an added advantage
