We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Analyst- Frontline Content Hub

Principal responsibilities

• Collaborate with Frontline staff to identify thematic trends and prepare bite-size content
• Design / Modify the business pages on the Content Hub, as per business requirement
• Quality Check content submitted to ensure they meet the expected quality standards to be published
• Upload content and Follow up with publishers on a regular basis to ensure the content remains refreshed
• Conduct training sessions for publishers and consumers as necessary
• Prepare weekly / monthly MI on the usage of the Hub and contribute to developing strategies to drive usage
• Have the willingness to own and tackle problems as they arise and ability to identify issues for upward referral
