Overview of Team
The Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Finance team sits within Corporate Sector Finance. It is comprised of finance professionals across the globe who are accountable for managing both the expense & capital components of the CAO function, ensuring a sound control environment, measuring performance, providing value-adding analyses, and presenting information and ideas to senior management within CAO, to the major lines of business, and to the various Firm-wide finance teams who roll up the results of the entire corporation. The team covers all aspects of the Firm’s real estate portfolio including, but not limited to financial analysis and support for space management, property management, lease administration, design & construction, and sustainability projects.
About the Role
As a Financial Analyst individual will be responsible for partnering across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, monthly reporting, oversight, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting. Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) teams are responsible for a wide range of activities including forecasting and budgeting, analysis of financial/business metrics, delivery of weekly/monthly/quarterly management reporting, development of new reporting capabilities (e.g. dashboards). You will be expected to provide leadership across the FP&A team, and interact regularly with the Business Managers, the line of business leads and peers across Finance & Business Management and the business.
