Summary
Handle Levi Strauss Europe (LSE) and Levi Strauss Asia Middle East Africa (AMA) new customer implementations and existing customer requirement changes, including requirement gap analysis, extensive testing, and continuous contact with customers and third-party providers.
Communicationand coordination with internal partners - Customer Order Management, Merchandising, Sales, Customer Master Data, AR/Finance, SAP OTC and RTC, Customer Service Center IT, Transportation Managers, Customer Relations Managers, EDI Technical Team, Planning and Analytics, and Wholesale IT and external levels - EDI Technical, Vendor Relations, Buying Office, and Operations partners to ensure complete understanding of all business requirements.
Identify root cause of daily transmission errors and drive system and business process changes to eliminate those errors. Approximately 80 - 90 % of units ordered flow through EDI, therefore, continuous monitoring and development are imperative.Resolve regional IDoc errors and EDI-related SAP incidents. Perform manual data pushes, including VMI.
Support regional VMI implementations.
Perform data analysis and propose actions for improvement in order fulfillment activities.
Assist in generating reporting to key business partners with analysis including size selling, order reconciliation, product distribution recommendations. Develop performance reporting for operational and management purposes.
Drive processes improvements and automation and provide training to users on business processes.
Requirements
Experience with EDI systems, analysis, design EDIFACT transactions sets and comprehensive knowledge of SAP (e.g.: T-Codes, IDocs and Data Flow).
Understanding of the Order To Cash business processes.
Experience providing direct customer support including root cause analysis, issue tracking, escalation, and problem resolution.
Aptitude towards understanding development tools, code management, testing and performance tuning.
Proven knowledge of EDI and associated communication protocols.
Familiarity with technical testing protocol and processes.
Knowledge of the processes, practices and terminology of one of the following vertical areas: Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning and Allocation, etc.
Summary of technical required skills and experience
Experience with EDI messages reading / understanding – EDIFACT (PRICAT, ORDERS, ORDRSP, DESADV, INVOIC, SLSRPT, INVRPT, etc.).
Experience with gap analysis, mapping specifications preparation.
Experience with SAP IDOCs, EDI t-codes, SAP EDI setup.
Experience with EDI customers onboarding and leading new implementation projects – requirements gathering / gap analysis / mapping specs / testing / coordination with customers, business and technical teams (SI, PI) / post go-live support.
General understanding of communication protocols, e.g. AS2, SFTP.
Experience with daily support of OTC EDI processes (SAP EDI and mappings issue resolution, root cause analysis).
