Analyst Direct Sales

• Develop aggressive sales plan and deliver against specific targets and defined timeline.

• Actively communicate with existing and potential customers to increase the base of Biz.

• Understand application needs and create product demand.

• Experience in handling Distribution/Channel partnering to promote plastic consumables and Metal fasteners in medical industry.

• Have strong customer contact base in Diagnostic equipment manufacturers and Consumers.

• Establish and deliver marketing campaigns designed to create new interest, increase customer utilization, expand customer networks, and improve product awareness.

• Actively engage with new customers for incremental consumables opportunities.

• Understand key market trends and competitive landscape to lead productive sales efforts in targeted areas - actively communicate the trends to the management.

• Support new product introductions and upgrade programs to ensure immediate commercial impact of all product line expansions.

• Providing quarterly and annual sales progress to targets, key customer site opportunities and market analysis trends as it relates to consumable business.

• problem-solving attitude.
• Develop buisness in Industrial,Electronics,Railways, Busbody etc. from (40 lakh-10cr) and Railways (approx..10 cr).
