Accountabilities:

Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelors in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • 4+ years’ experience in related field, preferred
  • MS Office experience, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adjust to change quickly
  • Learns new technologies and processes quickly.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Agile or Product life cycle management is an added advantage.

  • May contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity
  • Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
  • Completes work independently receives general guidance on new projects
  • Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
  • Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes actions to resolve
  • Applies judgment within defined parameters
  • Verify products are compliant with GS1 standards
  • Assess and guide users through the commercialization process in Oracle Agile while having comprehensive knowledge of the entire Product Lifecycle and associated process/requirements
  • Policy and Procedure creation/maintenance
  • Work with IT & business to understand requirements for Enhancements/Defects
  • Work to verify that users are following business processes outlined in Quality Documents
  • Create/maintain/run reports based on user needs
  • Process the Data Management change orders (DMCO) and troubleshooting errors and warnings on DMCOs in Oracle Agile
  • Security Access Review.
    • Monitor ServiceNow queue and provide, maintain, and remove user access
    • Maintain Restricted access groups
    • Maintain user groups
    • Maintain Marketing View assignments
