Read on Assist in preparing internal reporting known as collateral monitoring reports (DAR & DARLA) for Commercial Real Estate assets located throughout the United States, including office, retail, multifamily, and logistics. These reports to be prepared according to Global Valuation Standards. Providing support for regulatory, audits and compliance testing. Record keeping, tracking and analyzing changes for asset valuations throughout the life of the loan. Perform basic market research, reviewing reports published by industry leaders. Analyze financial statements for historical trends and compare those to market trends. Skill set Detail oriented, with exceptional analytical skills Knowledge of various asset classes, financial statements, and valuation methods.
