Primary Role- Will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in all aspects of Admixture and ancillary products sales in the assigned area to achieve the business objectives. This would include sales process improvement and overall customer account management.
Responsibilities-
Responsible for Mumbai and areas in the vicinity
- Take initiative to generate demand and sell products in identified projects by convincing the project owner’s/influencers about our systems/products.
- Appoint enough no of project dealers
- To design and implement GCCT strategy and Major Initiatives for ensuring achievement of Sales and Margin Objectives
- Planning, implementing and reviewing the Sales & Distribution Strategy
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Customer
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Sales Objectives
· Drive identified Initiatives in the assigned area to achieve the overall sales objectives
· Identify& effectively implement Major and Key initiatives in the areas of Market Development, Distribution expansion & Sales Operation
· Identify the critical/burning issues of the assigned area affecting sales & take remedial action/ escalate wherever needed
· Continuously identify gaps in the regular working of sales support staff and remedy the situation without allowing it to damage the business
· Support the Concrete Admixture, CPR & Injection business driven nationally from HO
· Work closely with the Channel partners to jointly secure business.
· Identify and work with the Marketing Team & Product Managers to develop sustainable business in the areas assigned.
