We're hiring for the AM/Deputy Manager-Tax for New Delhi Location
Education/Qualification: CA drop out (IPCC both groups cleared) having 5-12 years of experience in Direct Taxation
The profile is mainly direct tax compliance and litigation driven. Articleship experience in Direct tax is preferable.
Job Description:
1) Well versed with the provisions of Direct Tax, TDS, Tax Audit.
2) Calculation and payment of TDS
3) Preparation of income tax computation and all schedules of ITR form (both Companies and Individual)
4) Experience in preparation and handling of tax audit including all annexures with end-to-end coordination with auditors
5) Preparing computation of advance tax, Form 15CA and Form 15CB, SFT return, Form 3CEB (TP report), reconciliation of Form 26AS with books and other tax compliances.
6) Keeping track of all notices and hearings.
7) Preparation of replies for assessment scrutiny, rectification application, refund application and deletion of demand.
8) Coordinating with tax officers for processing of rectification, grant of refund, deletion of demand and miscellaneous small matters.
9) Preparation of data and information as required for promoter related entities.
