- Directs and manages a team of design verification engineers responsible for IP design verification.
- Deploys and manages leading silicon design verification processes, procedures, verification tools, and technologies based on latest best industry practices.
- Works with design, microarchitecture, and postsilicon validation teams to identify design bugs and improve overall microarchitecture.
- Collaborates with program leaders on the verification delivery and regression metrics against milestone requirements.
- Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results.
- Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.
Note: In Q4 2023, Intel announced PSG will be reported as a separate business unit beginning on January 1, 2024 with ongoing support from Intel. This position is associated to that standalone business strategy and is expected to fully transition to a standalone company at some time in the future.
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering
- 10+ years of verification experience & Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ideally we are looking for IP Manager`s who have experience managing / handling IP teams, Digital IP`s .
- Knowledge of memory interfaces (DDR) or MIPI
- Management experience
- Team Leading Experience is required
- Concentration on VLSI / IC Design
