A key aspect of this role is to bring a strong background in data architecture implementations, data ingestion frameworks and data best practices to the team to streamline our client delivery, environments setups and play a critical role in driving our strategic vision within the Alpha model.
The Client Solution Manager, Environments Manager Lead (EMEA) Role:
Work with clients to understand their environment needs, connectivity options, conversion, batch, seeding and testing requirements for environment setups.
Act as the centralized lead internally to bring together the various workstreams and product leads across Front, Middle and Back together to stand up the required environments across DEV, UAT and PROD.
Ensure accurate tracking of Environment deliverables and milestones in line with client and program expectations.
Drive State Street’s environment strategy and E2E model workflows and be comfortable presenting to the client.
Understand and manage program asks on existing client upgrades for new instances or offerings available within the Alpha tech stack.
Manage a diverse team across multiple EMEA locations to ensure all aspects of the environment setup are managed effectively and clearly tracked to provide oversight to our clients and stakeholders.
Bring a wealth of experience and expertise on infrastructure best practices with an understanding of Cloud, Snowflake, Kafka, APIs.
Understanding of Data management, governance and data integration best practices.
Lead client focused workshops to identify and solution deliverables in the target state model and operational workflows
Co-ordinate delivery across functional areas to deliver and standardized solutions
Ensure the Solution Management function operates across the end-to-end lifecycle bringing the relevant teams and stakeholders together on our project deliverables.
Lead the specific client Content Authority locally in EMEA to ensure items which have the potential to impact our model or project timelines are managed with the relevant stakeholders.
Ensure RAID items are effectively managed, documented and closed out to resolution with the relevant stakeholders.
Drive program efficiency and enhanced ways of working to create a standardized oversight model for both the solution management team and the broader program.
Uphold our risk and resource management principles to ensure we adhere to our legal guidelines and internal policies.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Kafka and APIs is a plus.
Understanding of financial markets and investment management processes, including back-office functions
Degree qualified with a financial or analytical discipline preferred, or relevant experience within the financial services industry
Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, Visio and PowerPoint.
Experience in Agile software development, Systems Thinking, and/or professional services is an asset.
Willingness and ability for potential travel.
