Key Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the organization's presence within the Microsoft partner network. 
  • Collaborate with sales, practice, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of alliance partner programs. 
  • Analyze sales pipeline reports to identify cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with the sales team to jointly drive opportunities with the Microsoft account team. 
  • Manage customer association processes such as Claiming Partner of Record (CPOR) and Partner Admin Link (PAL) for Azure, Business Applications, Modern Work, and Security. 
  • Publish and update solution offerings on Azure Marketplace, working closely with practice teams. 
  • Manage the Microsoft portal, ensuring user information, certifications, solution designations, and ACR metrics are up-to-date. 
  • Coordinate Microsoft ECIF (Enterprise Channel Incentive Funds) and Azure Innovate Funding programs with the sales team to maximize funding opportunities. 
  • Support technical teams with Microsoft specialization audits and customer references to maintain certifications. 
  • Drive skillset enhancement by managing the Microsoft ESI portal, providing access to learning resources, and supporting training and certifications with the L&D team. 
  • Ensure all activities comply with Microsoft's policies and reporting requirements. 
Qualifications & Skills Required:  
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • 8+ years of overall experience, with at least 3-5 years in managing partnerships and alliances, preferably at least 1-2 in the Microsoft ecosystem. 
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft's products, services, and partner ecosystem. 
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales and practice teams in a high-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills. 
  • Familiarity with licensing, deal registration, and incentive programs.
