Overview:

The Actuation team is looking to establish a new team to provide aftermarket MRO and spares solutions to global customers. This initiative will also include setting up a world-class customer response center.

Position: Lead Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:

• Process MRO & Spares orders administration.
• Experience in Aviation aftermarket, especially in MRO & Spares admin. Equally we’re open to backgrounds in delivering excellent customer relationship skills, stakeholder management & knowledge of SAP or similar tools.
• Drive flawless execution of the logistics case management process to meet customer commitments in a consistent, repeatable manner
• Managing orders, quoting, invoicing as well as dealing with customer queries.
• Support setting up customers on new systems & managing the customer experience
• Manage and resolve inbound Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and critical part demand for a variety of Actuation Systems customers worldwide
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
• Process and monitor all customer issues and concerns, from initiation to closure using a combination of CRM & ERP systems
• Follow-up with customers on all issues and cases while maintaining strong customer relationships
• Work closely with various departments within the organisation to ensure required information and support is provided to resolve customer issues
• Ensuring all necessary flow-downs to supply chain, shipping, quality, and other stakeholders are communicated timely and accurately
• Achieve all key performance indicators and achieve best in class performance
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Customer focused mindset with proven track record
• Attention to detail
• Commercially focused- ability to understand how business to business transactions work
• Knowledge of experience in SAP or similar

Basic Qualifications:

• Min 3 to 6 years of Industry experience in resolving customer complaints and problems
• Any degree with experience in Aviation aftermarket, especially in MRO & Spares admin
