Air Export Job - Specific Tasks and Duties

• Timely response - email, telephonic, social app (if preferred).
• Monthly review with customer.
• Escalate/Report the process gap, potential issue (if any).
• P & L Check and notify if any pricing revision required.
• Discuss about the Air market intel with customer and share our knowledge, solution, recommendation.
• Keep developing your decision-making skills and share your knowledge, experience during the team meeting. 
• Participate actively in Team Huddle meeting to achieve department’s shared vision.

Duties:-

Booking - Email/Booking/EDI Booking/OM Booking

F2F Approval/AR follow up (PPD) / Inv Dispatch / Billing - EDI

Logging

Pick up Request/Vehicle Details to Customer/Follow Up

Trade Compliance  - 100%

Consolidated score card, KPI management

Processing

Invoice Upload (If any customer portal)

Invoice dispatch - Prepaid/F2F/CBB

DSR/Pre-alert/Post Shpt Docs/Schedule/Invoice/FDS Supporting Document

Delay Communication to Customer

Warehouse Inventory Report & Routing

Operation & Exception

Overseas Co-ordination - Shipment Approval/Rate Approval/SOP

EDE error

• Should be degree holder.
• Global logistics industry knowledge.
• Good computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word).
• Fluent in English.
