Description and Requirements

We are seeking an AI Ops Specialist to oversee the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI systems to ensure their efficient and effective functioning. The role bridges the gap between data science, IT operations, and business teams, ensuring that AI models deliver value while remaining scalable and reliable. Here are the key duties:

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, development, and iteration of global GenAI products and especially the one-bot solutions for intelligent customer services, tailored to specific user scenarios.

2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute the one-bot solutions strategies, AI capability roadmap and implementations.

3. Monitor one-bot performance post-launch, analyze user feedback and data, identify user core needs, and enhance AI capabilities through continuous iteration.

4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis, stay informed about GenAI industry trends and emerging technologies, and ensure the one-bot product remains competitive while adapting to market changes as needed.

5. Work with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to align AI initiatives with business goals.

6. Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

7. Ensure cross-functional collaboration for AI-driven decision-making.

8. Ensure model performance, reliability, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in AI or ML, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields/MBA with focus on AI/ML OR

• Bachelor’s degree AI/ML, Mathematics, Sciences or other technical discipline with advanced certifications in Data Science

• Additional Certifications on ML, AI applications like Tensorflow, Deep Learning, etc will be highly preferred

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Data Science/AI Applications

• Demonstrated experience applying AI/ML methods to real-world data problems

• Project management and time management skills – experience with end-to-end project management processes

• Ability to provide insight from multiple raw and refined data sources
