We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist  

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop state-of-the-art generative models tailored to specific use cases, ensuring high accuracy and performance.
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and identify opportunities for their application within the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
• Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, scalability, and accuracy, ensuring they meet business requirements and standards.
• Develop and implement evaluation metrics to assess the effectiveness of generative AI models.
• Document and present findings, methodologies, and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to the development of AI/ML best practices, standards, and tools within the organization.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of learning and innovation.
