Job Overview:
The Technical Analyst will work as a member of the AH IT team. Under the direction of the Value Team Leader, the incumbent will be responsible for alignment of IT solutions to support technical strategies driving future state objectives related to product information management, specification management, change control, regulatory intelligence, information visibility and analytics- this supporting all Maintenance Enterprise Solutions.
Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Have a deep understanding of the technical and business processes in relation to a CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System) and/or CCMS (Computer Calibration Management System)
- Have experience in the delivery of process improvement utilizing Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Project management experience, through either Agile and/or Scrum methodologies. Leverage to ensure smooth installation with standard configuration and setup.
- Experience in the delivery of multisite or enterprise GxP solutions.
- Experience in either delivering cloud migration projects and/or an understanding of cloud architecture
- An understanding of machine learning and its adoption into a maintenance CMMS system. Knowledge of the principles of factory 4.0 and the tools (Data Analytics) to enable the solution.
- Lead the development and execution of standard SDLC deliverables such as requirements, system testing, user acceptance testing, traceability matrix and other change management deliverables.
- Organize and participate in discussions with the business to understand the technical needs, align technical solutions to the maintenance requirements, support communications and brainstorming sessions with technology partners to help roadmap the development of the elicited requirements.
- Support adoption of the Maintenance capabilities by Manufacturing Site through regular connects with Site based teams, understanding capability support needs, and resolving those demands through collaborating with technical teams.
- Organize and participate in virtual or in-person training sessions with Manufacturing Sites to provide hands-on experience for all Maintenance supported capabilities. Support the development of Training artifacts as needed.
- Support monthly/quarterly system upgrade releases by authoring test scripts, coordinating user acceptance testing.
- Work closely with various stakeholders across our Company divisions, and user community to understand key technical requirements and align solutions to business and IT strategy.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of technical analyst experience in the IT industry.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience with GMP Computer System Qualification in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing programs
- Experience with maintenance systems, including
- CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System)
- CCMS (Computer Calibration management System)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate with both a business and a technical audience, and a demonstrated ability to influence business process discussions, decision making with business partners and communicating effectively with a broad level of business and IT partners
- Strong organization, influencing, and follow up skills are critical for this role.
- Extensive experience with Software Development Lifecycle.
- Must be willing to travel to manufacturing sites as needed.
