Agile Delivery Manager

About the Role:



As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will build and maintain teams, ensuring they are motivated, collaborating, and working well. You will identify obstacles and help the team to overcome them, focus the team on what is most important to the delivery of products and services, encourage and facilitate continuous improvement of the delivery team, and coach and mentor team members to apply the most appropriate Agile and Lean tools and techniques.



Responsibilities:



  • Facilitate collaboration: Ensure everyone is aligned and working towards a common goal.



  • Analyze data: Use data analysis to suggest hypotheses for process improvement.



  • Mentor teams: Coach team members to continuously improve and meet project deliverables.



  • Prioritize work: Work with product managers and teams to outline goals and prioritize work.



  • Remove obstacles: Ensure teams have what they need to succeed and remove any impediments.



  • Manage stakeholders: Communicate project progress and manage expectations.



Requirements:



  • Communication: Address different audiences across multiple departments and stakeholders.



  • Strategic expertise: Use experience from past projects to provide strategic expertise to goal-setting standards.



  • Teamwork: Create a positive atmosphere and ensure everyone is thriving in a supportive company culture.



  • Certification: You can earn a certification to demonstrate your knowledge of Agile project and delivery management.
