Role Description:
Relationship management of the premium customer segment of the Bank.
Build and deepen relationships with existing Pioneer Customers to achieve increase in deposits, AUM and revenues.
Provide customer service to achieve a high customer wallet share and ensure high client engagement.
Ensure ongoing self-development and keep abreast with global, economic and wealth related current affairs.
Manage the portfolio to de-risk against attrition and achieve stability of book.
Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of profile, demographics and assets and ensure regular client meetings.
Ensure training and certifications as per the Banks policies and regulatory requirements.
Awareness of and compliance to all policies and procedures of the Bank.
Ensure compliance with these policies and procedures on an ongoing basis.
Sales:
Achieve the Targets set in terms of product mix.
Achieve best in class productivity in order to maximize the efficacy of the sales process.
Aggressive Sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
Ensure coverage of customer base in accordance with the Group approved Relationship Matrix.
Desired Skills and Expertise:
Strong team player the ability to work on own initiative.
Excellent communication skills, client focus and negotiation skills.
Good at presentation skills.
Sound knowledge of client relationship management system and wealth products & service.
