Your key responsibilities :
Lead, collaborate, and facilitate cross-functional experts to deliver a particular solution with a good understanding of the business requirements.
Responsible for the quality of the platform development, deployment, and operation.
Develop and publish the application/prototype with the knowledge of DevOps according to the underlying infrastructure.
Lead the implementation and maintenance of efficient Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipelines to automate the delivery process.
Depth of subject matter expertise, the complexity of the solution landscape, mission-criticality and service levels of solutions, service delivery model, scalability, and stakeholder landscape vary according to the seniority level.
Your qualifications and experience:
In-depth understanding of AEM architecture, components, templates, workflows, and integration points.
Hands-on experience with AEM development tools and technologies, including Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Assets
Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and product features.
Possess a combination of leadership, analysis, hands-on problem solving, and a customer-service mindset.
Moderate travel is required and the ability to work across multiple time zones.
Education / Years of Experience:
3 – 5 Years of relevant work experience with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or 5 – 7 Years of relevant work experience
At least 3+ years experience of working in one or more multinational work environments (e.g. life science industry experience is a plus).
Experience working in SAFe/Agile/Scrum development environments.
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good communication and collaboration skills
