About the Department
The Digital, Data & IT India team is a group of over 900 highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. Our department is responsible for managing IT, including System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management, and Vendor Management. We are an integral part of the DD&IT and support, operate, and further develop the portfolio of IT Systems used across departments in Novo Nordisk. With a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere, we foster collaboration and knowledge sharing to drive innovation and deliver world-class IT solutions.


The Position
As an Advanced System Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for below activities:


  • Responsible for incident, problem and change Management activities.
  • Ensure system availability, performance, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure with managing and approve system verifications and documentation.
  • Oversee contract and license management with vendors/ suppliers and IT infrastructure owners as needed.
  • Participate in Agile meetings and collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize tasks while conducting technical assessments and market research for system transitions.
  • Lead contract negotiations for system migrations and plan new feature implementations.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Overall 9+ years of experience in the IT industry, specifically in the Pharma Manufacturing domain.
  • Relevant 6+ years of relevant experience in Quality and IT, including GAMP, 21 CFR part 11, and ITIL validation concepts with 6+ years of technical expertise in application management.
  • Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies (Good to have).
  • Good experience in global stakeholders management.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt easily to new roles and responsibilities.
