Position Summary:

Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell SPS PSS. You will be the partner with world class engineering's and productions to implement product strategies, develop project schedules and milestones, drive improvements in quality and productivity to make business succeed.

• Apply project management knowledge, skills, tools, techniques, and standard work to project activities to meet required business case and deliverables.
• Cooperating with cross function teams (Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Quality Assurance and Finance) consistently to deliver projects with quality and service from end to end and in charge of project meeting 4ONs as well as the portfolio metrics, such as PG5 compliance, 100% process compliance, saydo%, Milestone Fidelity, cycle time, SPI/CPI, EAC
• Well understand and demonstrate skills to manage project cost, product cost, risk management, and integrated scope change control processes.
• Develop and execute resourced schedules while applying work breakdown structures and managing deadlines.
• Owning execution at the portfolio level, reporting, and cross-portfolio impact assessment.
• Understanding of project, program, and portfolio processes, and ability to take direction and work independently on project tasks and reports.
• Ability to navigate relationships with cross-functional partners for support.
• Complete and support the upper manager assigned other tasks

• Bachelor’s degree of Engineering or above
• +5 years project management experience in software R&D
• Familiar with new product development methodology, agile experience is a preferred.
• Ability to manage multiplied, system level tasks, under a global environment.
• Think strategically and logically, can make own decision per analysis.
• Fluent oral and written English skills
• PMP certificated is high desirable

• Process oriented, panoramic view of business acumen
• People management skills, such as coaching, training, empowerment/delegation, feedback, motivation and team building
• Analytical ability and decision making
• Excellent interpersonal skills, like communicate, influential, and conflicts dealing etc,
• Ability to work with all levels of management.
