Admission Head needed in a school in Vijayawada.
Job Description:
The Admission Head will lead the admissions team to develop and implement effective strategies to attract, enroll, and retain students. This role requires a professional who can represent the school’s vision and values while building strong relationships with prospective families, stakeholders, and the wider community.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute admissions strategies in alignment with the school's goals and objectives.
Enrollment Management: Oversee the entire admissions process, from initial inquiries to student enrollment and onboarding.
Marketing and Outreach: Plan and conduct school tours, open houses, and promotional events to showcase the school’s strengths and offerings.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective families, educational consultants, and feeder schools.
Data Management: Monitor and analyze enrollment trends, prepare regular reports, and manage admissions-related databases.
Team Leadership: Train and guide the admissions team to ensure consistent, professional, and engaging communication with prospective families.
Collaboration: Work closely with academic and administrative departments to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as admissions head, in marketing, or customer-facing roles (preferably in education).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Leadership and team management capabilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with CRM tools.
Preferred:
Experience working in international schools.
Knowledge of regional and international education trends.
