Responsible for facilitating sales and the performance of the sales team as well as recording sales data.
Ability to develop new sales analysis with the given data in CRM (Salesforce)
Develop monthly sales report.
Managing and responding to client portal requirements
Provision of through documentation and administrative records
Updating sales team details and managing their holiday calendar
Follow up with Sales leads and coordinators for the accuracy of the data in CRM (Salesforce)
Ability to understand the requirements of the team/management and create dashboard and reports in salesforce
Updating and managing documents in our Sales portal
Ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly

Manage scheduling for company executive(s)
Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
Coordinate travel arrangements
Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
