Administrative Services Representative
Job Description Summary
Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative General Administration tasks. Maintains files and records; obtains/verifies routine information from hard copy, microfiche or automated source documents; retrieves, receives, reads to identify, sorts files and/or delivers documents. Maintains daily logs; makes photocopies. May also use elementary keyboard skills to type forms or input basic data from forms. Understands simple instructions and procedures. Performs General Clerk duties under direct instruction and close supervision. Work is allocated on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis
Job Description
Responsible for organizing and processing the flow of incoming and outgoing documents (paper & electronic) in a back-office environment. The candidate ensures there is consistency in timely delivery of quality and quantity to meet set parameters measures to meet Service Level Agreements
