We are currently seeking an Admin executive who will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in various areas, including the management of housekeeping, security, gardener, office boy, and pantry staff. Key responsibilities will include administrative support, expense booking, and Oracle iProc. The role also encompasses third party vendor support and management, communication and coordination, compliance and reporting, travel arrangements, customer and client relations, fleet management, office and housekeeping materials management, cafeteria management, and dry pantry operations. Additionally, the Admin Executive will support Danaher OPCOs (BDC) sites.


In this role, you will be responsible for:


Expense and Administration: Oversee budget preparation and management, ensure cost-effective expense monitoring, process and track invoices for timely payments, compile and submit executive expense reports, manage monthly financial provisions, and handle Oracle invoice bookings.


Communication and Coordination: Effectively disseminate information across departments, organize and manage logistics for company events and meetings, maintain positive vendor relationships, and ensure policy compliance through regular reporting.


Admin Management: Coordinate travel and accommodations for executives and employees, serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while addressing their inquiries, ensure the smooth functioning of the cafeteria and manage consumables, and oversee the maintenance of the office, landscape, and perimeter.


The required qualifications for the job include:


  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Experience in working in Administration and facility functions
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing organizational landscapes.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:


  • Administration skills to handle multiple task
  • Problem solving ability
  • Communication skills
  • Customer Service orientation

This job is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
