Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Active Directory Support Administrator who is responsible for providing in-depth technical support and guidance to users and other support teams on all Active Directory-related issues. This administrator will work closely with the Active Directory team to ensure the security, functionality, and compliance of all Active Directory systems and services.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to users and other support teams on Active Directory-related issues
Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot the security of the entire Active Directory Enterprise environment.
Responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Iron Mountain: Active Directory environments and services including Active Roles for AD object management.
Understanding of AD Attributes, LDAP Queries, PowerShell Scripting to Modify AD Attributes, Group Policy Analysis, GPO Configuration & Item-Level Targeting
Manage Active Directory permissions and access control
Implement and maintain Active Directory security policies
Monitor Active Directory performance and availability
Perform regular Active Directory backups and restores
Manage Active Directory replication across multiple trusted domains
Management of all system OS upgrades, application updates and security/cumulative patch compliance
Provide technical training to users and other support teams on Active Directory
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Active Directory administration
Strong understanding of Active Directory security, functionality, and compliance
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
