RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Understanding the location and venue specifications for in-person events, identifying, evaluating, and managing event venues, and contract negotiations • On the day coordinating and managing all the logistical elements of the event
• Managing vendors including reviewing tracking invoices and expenditures
• Pre-event planning and organizing
• Coming up with innovative and creative ideas for the events
• Post-event reporting and analysis of event activities
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience with organizing events
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Problem solving skills and a can-do creative mindset.
• Experience and knowledge of using Spreadsheets and Project Management
